Moreover, our villa is conveniently located across from the Golf Club shop, allowing you to carry your golf clubs without incurring parking fees. Depending on the season and day, you may even have the chance to spot whales from a scenic vantage point. Boasting almost 2000sq feet of impeccably designed Hawaiian interior, elegant furnishings, and a pristine pool area, our villa provides the luxury of a high-end hotel at an affordable price.
As a newly established private gated community with an onsite manager, you can rest assured that all amenities, including the pool, Jacuzzi, and BBQ (shared), are meticulously maintained daily. The owners use the house as their second home, ensuring it's always kept to the high standards of cleanliness and stocked with fresh supplies.
The villa features two master suites on the ground floor and one bedroom upstairs, each elegantly appointed with black granite in the bathrooms. One of the master en-suite bathrooms includes a bathtub, while the other two have shower facilities. There's one King-sized bed and two Queen-sized beds, with the upstairs bedroom slightly smaller than the downstairs master suites.
Enjoy romantic breakfasts and dinners on the private lanai upstairs, overlooking the golf course, and unwind in the evenings in front of the large flat-screen TV.
For business travelers who wish to stay connected during their vacation, we offer Wireless High-Speed DSL Internet throughout the house.
Policies:
Strictly no smoking, no shoes, no Pets of any kind, no Surf Board and no party.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere in the condo premises, not inside, not in patio, not in parking lot. However, you can smoke on the public path outside complex. Please treat the home and complex with respect and care.
Booking & Payment - Easy and Simple
The full payment depends on the period and how far in advance you need to book the Villa. Also we require your billing address, copy of your ID and home address within 24 hours after your first payment. We will also require you to sign up for the $59 accidental damage protection plan from https://www.propertydamageprotection.com/. Your reservation will cancel automatically if your details are not provided.
Request valid photo ID of primary traveler to the property for Advance Check-In and emergency before your stay, billing address and your home address if it’s not the same as billing address.
We are not offering any special discounts or house exchanges.
Supplies provided include:- Full kitchen supplies

Additional supplies can be requested in advance for an extra charge.

For cancellation - we do not accept cancellation after your initial booking unless we/you can find replacement guests for your period but we are happy to change the dates if we have 3-5 months notice depending on your booking length.
We (the owners) do not take any credit card details from you as you are booking through the VRBO site.
We do not take third party bookings. We only accept bookings with a matching booking name, copy of your ID and credit card details (to VRBO). In the event that it is found that booking has been made on behalf of a third party, we have the right to cancel the booking.
Insects: We do pest control every 3 months but Kaua'i is a tropical Island ~ although every effort is made to keep insects out an occasional insect (harmless Gecko, Ant, Spider, Mosquito or Beatle) may make its way inside. Kaua'i has no dangerous or poisonous insects. The best way to prevent this is to keep screen doors shut at all times.

“The listing was a very accurate description of the property, and the photos were exactly what we saw when we arrived. The villa was clean, well-furnished, and ready to occupy. I was very happy with the open floor plan. The upstairs great room, with all the windows, was beautiful and bright. The lower floor's two bedrooms were large and comfortable. And the owner was easy to work with, responded quickly, and was very organized in sending information, maps, and the rules of the villas. Only a couple of quibbles. First, the Villas require that you park your first car in the garage, but the garage was a pretty tight fit for the Nissan Altima we rented. A car that was any longer would have been very difficult to park. Between the in-garage sink and the garage door, we had about 9" of spare space, so you had to learn the park the car very carefully. If you rent here, do not go for a full-sized car or an SUV. Or be content with parking in the extra space outside the garage. On the other hand, the garage door opener with a button for the Villa gate was very convenient. The other issue was not one of the villa, but something people need to take into consideration. There are many great and beautiful places to see on Kauai, but the roads all run around the island. With only one road, getting from Princeville to anything on the east or south shore can take anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes. And traffic in the towns along the eastern shore (like Kapa'a or Wailua) can back up and be slow. This is just something that people need to keep in mind when planning their vacation. I would still recommend this villa. It is very convenient to Hanalei, golf, and surfing on the north shore. We really enjoyed breakfast on the upper lanai overlooking the golf course, and we were blown away by the majestic beauty of the mountain view out of the front windows. The entire place - beds, sofas, everything - was comfortable and relaxing. The pool area was good, but we actually spent very little time there - too many other things to do on the island. We would definitely stay here again should we have the opportunity to return, and we would recommend this villa to anyone coming to the beautiful island of Kauai."
